The Data Controller
The publisher of this site is the data controller — a private individual, not a professional, whose identity is known to the host named in the legal notice (article 6-III-2 of the law on confidence in the digital economy).
What Is Collected
This site is made of static pages. It has no form, no account creation and no advertising tracker. Its traffic is only counted in aggregate, without cookies (see "Traffic Measurement" below). Simply by reading, you give the publisher no data that could identify a visitor.
Traffic Measurement
To follow the site's traffic (page views, visits, most-read pages, referring sites), the publisher uses its own audience counter, hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers service and D1 database). When a page is displayed, a short script sends the site itself, which passes them on to this counter, just two pieces of information: the address of the page viewed (without its parameters) and the name of the site you came from, if there is one. It sends nothing when the page is reloaded or reopened with the "back" button.
This counter sets no cookie, writes nothing to the browser's storage and attaches no identifier: it can't recognize a visitor from one page or visit to the next. It records neither your IP address nor your browser's characteristics: only aggregated counters — a number of views per site, per day, per page and per referring site. Known bots are counted separately, under the name of their family only, never mixed in with visits. These counters are kept 25 months at most, then deleted.
The same script also counts clicks to the shop this site links to. When you follow one of these links, it sends the site, which passes them on to the same counter, the address of the page the click comes from, the type of link (link in the text, box or button) and the name of the site you arrived from on that page, if there is one — and nothing more. Only a number of clicks per day, per page and per link form is kept, along with a number of clicks per day and per origin (search engine, assistant, social network, direct access), with no cookie or identifier, for 25 months at most.
These statistics are used only to measure this site's audience, solely on the publisher's behalf. They aren't cross-referenced with other processing, used for advertising or sold, and they don't let anyone follow your browsing elsewhere. On these terms, audience measurement doesn't require your consent (article 82 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés and CNIL recommendations on audience measurement); it rests on the publisher's legitimate interest in knowing how much the site is visited.
You can object at any time without affecting how the site reads, by turning off JavaScript or by blocking, in your content blocker, the address /qlknsj/l5gc4yw of this site, which receives the script's signal.
Host Logs
Cloudflare, Inc., the host, may keep connection logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) to ensure the security and operation of the service. This processing is its own: it follows its own privacy policy, which the publisher doesn't control.
Some connection data must be kept for a limited time, under article 6-II of the law on confidence in the digital economy, for the purpose of investigating and establishing offenses.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, including for audience measurement. If an advertising or other tracker were ever added, this paragraph would be updated and a consent mechanism installed before any tracker that isn't strictly necessary is set.
After an Outbound Click
Some links occasionally lead to merchant sites. None of these links contains a tracking identifier, and the product images shown here are served by this site itself. Elsewhere, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.
Your Rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over data concerning you. Since this site collects no data that could identify you, it holds in principle nothing on that account. To make a request, contact the host named in the legal notice, who will pass it on to the publisher.
If you believe your rights aren't being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL: <https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes>.
Transfers Outside the European Union
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., whose servers may process data outside the European Union. The safeguards provided by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses, govern these transfers.
The audience-measurement counters are stored in a database located in the European Union. Each signal's passage through Cloudflare, Inc. may take place outside the Union, on the server closest to the visitor; Cloudflare adheres to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
